Alston Landscape Art Town Initiative (ALATI)
ALATI aims to stimulate and support development of Alston Moor as a national centre for landscape art and photography, to benefit its economy and environment and to
support and encourage local and national artistic endeavour.
The Initiative is to benefit Alston Moor’s residents and visitors.
The Initiative is primarily focused on, though not strictly limited to, Alston Moor, although its activities may sometimes extend to other parts of the North Pennines Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

ALATI aims to encourage people to visit Alston and its surrounding area to enjoy its natural beauty. Artists and photographers alike will not be disappointed with the extensively unique landscape that Alston Moor has to offer and ALATI offers workshops, talks, demonstrations and exhibition opportunities for artists and photographers wanting to share in the experience.
